First Time Campers Start in the Village

The Village is the first camp on our camper life map designed to see your child from a first-time camper to a grounded follower of Christ from the inside out over their years with us at HCC. For our 2nd-5th graders, it’s all about foundations.

Over their five nights at camp, they’ll learn to embrace new experiences, build friendships, and establish community in a safe environment with our specially trained staff. They can choose from a catalog of activities like canoeing, hiking, archery, swimming, and our lower-level ropes course! As we introduce your child to summer camp we’ll introduce them to the good news of Jesus in the Gospels, guiding them in their first steps to journeys of faith that last a lifetime.

As your camper grows, so does their experience at HCC! Access is the second camp on our camper life map and focuses on growing your middle schooler’s knowledge and understanding of the gospel. 

As they “phase up,” they’ll gain access to next-level events like our rock wall, archery tag, and laser tag, encouraging them to expand their experience-base as they deepen their understanding of God. Over their five nights at Access, we’ll apply your campers’ daily activities to what it means to grow in their faith, equipping them for life outside of camp through emphasis on discipleship and evangelism. HCC grants your camper access to the most exciting week of their year!

Delta will strengthen your faith.

Named after the mathematical symbol for change, Delta is the third and final camp on our camper life map designed to ground your camper in their faith as they grow within themselves and interact with the world around them.

At Delta, your high schooler will have unlimited access to all that HCC has to offer over their five-night stay, including our high-level ropes course, paddle boarding, kayaking, riflery, and so much more! We’ll teach them how to turn their knowledge of the gospel into practical action, focusing on service, leadership, and continual growth in faith. To participate in Delta is to come out changed!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to pack up your life and live among the stars? If you come to Adventure Camp, you won’t have to! This is Hat Creek Camp’s experiential program where 6th-8th grade campers will spend a week together outdoors experiencing the freedom that comes through connection with Christ and Creation.

With counselors available at all times, campers will navigate to a new campsite each day learning skills associated with leadership, survival skills, conquering challenges, and working well with others. If you’re looking for an outdoor summer adventure for your child, this is just the camp for you!
